Author's Note: Joined chiffon_cake so I decided to write some drabbles for them. I didn't actually take up the challenge cause I knew I wouldn't finish them all but I'm still using the themes as inspiration.



"Wa. Ta. Nu. Ki. Repeat! Repeat after me now! Watanuki! That is my name! Say it!"

Doumeki of course heard nothing of this and was simply staring at his food with his usual stoic expression before he lifted his gaze to stare at Watanuki, seeming suddenly serious.

Watanuki ceased his flailing for a moment, startled by suddenly being under his intimidating gaze "W-what?"

"Oi. I think you burnt some of this rice. Be careful next time." With that he went back to eating.

A moment of calm before the storm.

"WHAT WAS THAT?! WHAT DID I JUST GET THROUGH WITH TELLING YOU! ARRGH!" He was going to have an aneurysm one of these days!

Off to the side Yuuko and Himawari stared on in amusement.

"You don't get tired of seeing it?" the Time-Witch casually asked the younger woman who had to deal with these each and every single day.

Himawari giggled and shook her head "Never."

Well that was good, Yuuko bemusedly thought. Because she would be seeing it for years and years to come, and would inevitably be brought into their spats herself.
